FOODMATE.COM'S TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Foodmate web site which is identified by the uniform resource locator www.aifangktv.com (the "Site"). This Agreement is entered into between you as the user of the Site (the" User") and Global Food Source. ("Foodmate.com").
1.Application of and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
1.1 For purposes of this Agreement, a "User" is any person who accesses the Site for whatever purpose, regardless of whether said User has registered with Foodmate as a registered User or whether said User is a paying customer for a specific service provided by Foodmate.com. A User includes the person using this Site and any legal entity which may be represented by such person under actual or apparent authority.
1.2 By accessing or using the Site, you hereby agree to accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement as a User. You shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to your access or use of this Site and any further upgrade, modification, addition or change to this Site. If you do not accept all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use this Site.
2.User rules
2.1 User profile authenticity
The user warrants the authenticity, correctness and integrity of his/her identity when using the Service. If the information changes, the user shall make timely changes. Global Foodmate cannot and will not make your information untrue, inaccurate, or your information fails to be updated in a timely manner. Or be liable for any loss or damage caused by the loss of your identity number and password. If the User provides any information that is incorrect, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete and is known to Global Foodmate; If Global Foodmate has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is incorrect, untrue, out of date or incomplete, Global Foodmate has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, in whole or in part.
2.2 User account and password
After completing the login procedure safely and receiving a password and account number, the user shall maintain the confidentiality of the password and account number. Users are prohibited from transferring, receiving or selling their accounts and passwords. You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your password and account, and Global Foodmate cannot identify any illegal or unauthorized use of your password and account, so Global Foodmate assumes no liability.
2.3 Rules of Global Foodmate UseGlobal Foodmate
Users may not use the Service or on the Global Foodmate website to create, copy, upload, publish or disseminate any of the following information:
1) that is contrary to the fundamental principles set forth in the Constitution;
2) endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
3) damage to national honor and interests;
4) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
5) Those who destroy national religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
7) disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crimes;
8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on the legitimate rights of others;
9) inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, gathering a crowd to disturb social order;
10) Activities in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;
11) contains content that is false, harmful, threatening, invasive of privacy, harassing, invasive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable;
12) contains other contents restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any norms with legal effect.
2.4 Users shall not use the Service to intentionally create, spread computer viruses and other destructive programs, shall not cause interference, confusion for the Service, servers or networks connected to the Service, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or rules of networks connected to the Service, Otherwise, Global Foodmate reserves the right to pursue its legal responsibility and has the right to submit it to the relevant authorities.
2.5 Global Foodmate has the right to review the uploaded pictures, added text and other content of the user, and any pictures, text that violates laws and regulations or the relevant provisions of this Agreement, FoodMate has the right to immediately delete or block it without further notice to the user.
2.6 Global Foodmate is a food industry related information display platform, users open corporate membership rights, establish corporate secondary stations and publish information, should be the corresponding information release rules, and ensure the authenticity and legality of the uploaded information, in violation of the requirements of the information, Global Foodmate has the right to delete. If the above user violates the above requirements, the loss of either party shall be fully borne by the user.
2.6.1 Company members are allowed to publish information scope:
1) The product information published by the platform must be food or products related to the food industry, such as: food products, food raw materials, food additives, food packaging materials and containers, food machinery and equipment, food testing laboratory instruments, reagents and consumables;
2) Food additives: According to the GB2760 food additives use standard, the product name must be consistent with the name requirements in the use standard ;
3)Laboratory biochemical reagents, laboratory rapid testing supplies, standard products;
4) Food-related mechanical products, packaging materials, containers, etc.;
5) Agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery, food simple processing, food deep processing and other related products;
2.6.2 Company members are prohibited from publishing the scope of information
1) Chemical products, chemical intermediates, chemical raw materials, fine chemicals, chemical auxiliaries, anesthesia, highly toxic product information, etc.;
2) Clinical and drug-related kits, drug standards, and drug impurities;
3) Pharmaceutical equipment, medical equipment and other products;
4) Pharmaceutical intermediates, drugs, antibodies, Chinese herbal medicines, Chinese herbal extracts and other products;
5) Health function products, such as: health tea, health food, health wine, functional food, nutritional food, weight loss products, etc.;
6) Police equipment and facilities information, it is strictly prohibited to publish scalping certificate invoice information.
